Healing isn’t linear. It’s messy, honest, and deeply human. When we tell the truth about our experiences — in love, attachment, grief, boundaries, nervous-system healing — we give language to things many people feel but can’t say. Your story may become the bridge that helps someone else take their next step.
You don’t have to be a writer. If you’d like, I’ll gently edit for clarity while keeping your voice intact.

- Choose whether your story is published on the site or kept private.

This space is trauma-aware and grounded. We won’t publish content that shames, diagnoses, or harms.
