My Story
Like many people who arrive here, I reached a point where I no longer recognised myself.
After years of high stress, trauma exposure, emotional suppression, heartbreak, burnout, and living in survival mode, I experienced what I now understand as emotional and identity collapse.
From the outside, I looked functional. Internally, I felt disconnected, exhausted, emotionally overwhelmed, and completely lost.
I became deeply interested in understanding the nervous system, trauma, emotional patterns, identity reconstruction, and what it actually takes to rebuild yourself after life breaks the version of you that once felt familiar.
The Inner Growth Path was created from that experience.
